My name is Tracy Rappold, and I'm a private practice therapist located in Exton, PA. Here is some information about me that I hope will help you decide whether I'd be a good fit for you.

I received my Master of Science in Counseling and Human Relations in 2011. I received my LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) in 2015. My style of counseling is focused on what feelings the individual is avoiding, as well as taking a look at the defenses that are causing suffering.

I have worked as a therapist in a partial hospital program, a mental health clinic for adolescents and families and a substance abuse outpatient facility.

After my master's degree, I have continued with ongoing training to refine and enhance my clinical practice.

I am a Certified Compassionate Bereavement Care Provider.

I have attended a training on Emotion-Focused Therapy: Attachment Science in Practice by Dr. Sue Johnson.

I have attended a psycho dynamic training given by Nancy McWilliams at Cabrini College.

I have attended a training in Attachment & Emotion in Trauma & Growth in New York City given by Dr. Diana Fosha.

I attended training on Treatment of the Highly Resistant Patient at the Washington School of Psychiatry given by Jon Fredrickson.

In addition, I have received trainings on Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy.
